Delivery Guidelines

All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond our control including but not limited to acts of God, wars, terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services, acts of government, inability to obtain labour, material, equipment or transportation, plagues, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, lockouts and delays by suppliers.

Please note that delivery does not include installation.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of your particular computer monitor, may affect the colours you actually see on the screen. We cannot be held responsible for any limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate / the same as the actual product. Product images used on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

 PRODUCT STOCK

Our Product availability information is updated regularly but it is possible that in some instances a Product may become unavailable between updates. In such circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible and advise you of any suitable alternative products for you to consider.

What is bargainsjam.com’s  Warranty Policy?

All items will have its requisite manufacture defect warranty that is given on purchase of item. For malfunction due to product defect that falls within the warranty period stated on purchase: for small sized items we will give instructions on the location in Kingston Jamaica where it can be returned for repair. For large items we will send a repair man to its location. If we find that an item is not functioning due to manufacture related issues (defective product) and cannot be repaired we will replace the item with a similar make and model.  Once warranty has passed BarGAINSjam is not responsible for any form of defect and will not be liable to replace or repair the item.

Warranty does not cover:

1.Defects that result from negligence, misuse, or accidents. Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.

2.Defects or damage due to improper installation, alteration, accident or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer.

3.Items used for commercial, rental or profit generation purposes.

4.External sources, including electrical interference, power surges and voltage fluctuations;

5.Water damage, rust or corrosion;

6.Using the Product for purposes other than those described in the manufacturer’s specifications and owner’s manual

Amongst other things.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable on the product page and will not be accepted for returns. The exception to this however is a product that has a product defect, falls within warranty, cannot be repaired and no similar product in stock to replace the defective item.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Bargainsjam’s Error

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your delivery charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, delivery fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Can I get an exchange, or replacement?

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or replacements unless product has a manufacture defect and there are no similar items in store.
